Spiritual Direction

Life can be fast paced and overwhelming. Sometimes it feels like little more than checking boxes on a never ending to-do list.

Spiritual Direction is time out of time to rediscover and rekindle the divine spark within you, create meaning and purpose, and point you toward the sacred in every ordinary day.

Charla Bregante

I am a religious agnostic from a Unitarian Universalist faith tradition. I believe the holy resides in the ordinary. I find spiritual connection in nature, community, music, poetry, art, and science among other things.

My spiritual practices include walking, writing, lectio divina, and prayer.
