In individual spiritual direction, you bring questions or issues that are most alive for you at the time of the session. I deep listening and questions to help you explore what is rising in you. The process is intuitive and responsive to what you bring; there is no set curriculum or agenda. Poetry, music, prayer, and art are some tools we may want to include.

• Sessions are monthly for one hour

• Sessions may be held in person (if local) or via Zoom

Group spiritual direction provides a space where strangers can become spiritual companions, a place where each person’s spirituality is allowed to flourish and deepen through relationships of trust, nourishing a connection to the sacred, however you understand the sacred. Poetry, music, prayer, and art are some tools we may want to include.

• Sessions monthly for ninety minutes - two hours

• Sessions may be held in person (if local) or via Zoom

• Groups include 5-8 people
