In individual spiritual direction, you bring questions or issues that are most alive for you at the time of the session. I listen and offer questions to help you explore what is rising in you. The process is intuitive and responsive to what you bring; there is no set curriculum or agenda. Lectio Divina, music, prayer, and art are some tools we may include in a session.
Sessions are monthly for one hour
Sessions may be held in person (if local) or via Zoom

Group spiritual direction provides a space where strangers can become spiritual companions, a place where each person’s spirituality is allowed to flourish and deepen through relationships of trust, nourishing a connection to the sacred, however you understand the sacred. Lectio Divina, music, prayer, and art are some tools I use in sessions.
Sessions monthly for ninety minutes - two hours
Sessions may be held in person (if local) or via Zoom
Groups include 5-8 people

Literally translated, Lectio Divina means “Divine Reading.” This spiritual practice originated in the 3rd century as a way of listening for God’s word in scripture through focused reading, meditation, prayer and contemplation.
I use poetry and other readings in my Lectio Divina practice with groups and individuals in spiritual direction.
